The Happy Couple Alan and Meredith are an old married couple not far from their dottage. Fortunately good health and a sense of adventure have kept them active with the things they're keen on, like bushwalking and bike riding. Oh, and a nice red and a block of chocolate to help with planning and reviewing.

Website This website is their own creation and they NEVER fight over things like layout or whose turn it is to have a go or about what goes where or the wording or ANYTHING! Usually we would write and upload stuff when we've returned from the trip, but this time we're going to have a go at uploading stuff while we're away. Though no guarantees that that's how things will pan out. So you can log in and, if it all goes well with our internet plans, you'll be able to see how we're progressing. Al Alan has been keen on motorbikes forever, and has developed a sophisticated understanding and love of the older Moto Guzzi - particularly v7s. The lovely 1969 v7 Special that he rides was restored from top to bottom with great care and is now being treated roughly as a touring bike. (Unbelievable, hey?) Meredith Meredith has enjoyed riding motorbikes since her early twenties, though she can't really tell one bike from another. Luckily she sleeps with the mechanic, so is confident that her 1967 v700 will get her wherever she needs to go! |
